How We Started

Sultryfandb Ltd began with a simple observation. We noticed that many pensioners in Kerry weren't getting the chance to experience the region's stunning natural spaces because information was scattered and poorly organized. That's when we decided to change things.

2019

We launched our first comprehensive guide to Derreen Gardens, focusing specifically on accessible routes for older walkers.

150+

Over 150 carefully documented woodland paths across the Lauragh valley, each rated for difficulty and accessibility.

4,200

More than 4,200 visitors have used our resources to plan their garden and trail explorations since we started.

Our Foundation

What Drives sultryfandb Ltd

We're not just sharing information. We're opening doors to experiences that enrich lives and connect people with the natural world.

Accessibility First

Every trail, every route, every guide we create is designed with older walkers in mind. Pace matters. Comfort matters. Rest stops matter. We don't compromise on these details.

Authentic Information

Our descriptions aren't marketing fluff. We've walked these paths. We know the terrain, the difficulty levels, and exactly what to expect. That's why people trust us.

Community Connection

Walking shouldn't be lonely. We encourage group exploration and provide practical tips for making the most of time in nature with friends and family.

How We Work

Our Unique Approach

Sultryfandb Ltd combines on-the-ground expertise with detailed documentation. We don't rely on secondhand information or generic trail data.

We visit every location multiple times, in different seasons. Spring tells us about wildflower blooms and muddy sections. Summer shows us shade patterns and peak visitor times. Autumn reveals changing terrain. Winter tests accessibility on challenging days.

This ongoing observation means our guidance stays current. Trail conditions change. New benches appear. Tree growth shifts sight lines. We track these updates so you're never surprised when you arrive.

Practical details matter most. We document exact distances, elevation changes, surface types, and realistic walking times based on moderate pace. We note where you can sit, where water's available, and which sections need careful footing.
